The Consistency Project Market Tote is an elevated take on the classic tote bag, designed to be both special and simple. The bag’s unique construction prioritizes material efficiency and a sleek, modern aesthetic.
The design is centered on a single, continuous rectangular piece of fabric that forms the straps, sides, and bottom of the bag. This minimalist approach allows the front and back panels to be the focal point for our signature upcycled patchwork fabric.
To add a layer of visual interest, we created a version that uses mesh market bag material as an overlay. This detail not only adds texture and depth but also allows for personal customization with charms or keychains, making each bag unique to its owner. The final result is a functional, elegant, and thoughtfully designed tote that redefines a staple accessory.
